Order requests are not payments
The storefront currently accepts requests, not payment. Sending a bag or custom form does not create a completed sale and does not guarantee availability. A request becomes an order only after the studio confirms the piece, final price, timing, delivery or pickup details, and any other material terms with you.
Listings and handmade work
Only pieces marked active by the studio are shown as available, but a piece may sell, change, or be withdrawn before a request is confirmed. Handmade and small-batch work can have natural variations. Any important specifications should be agreed before work begins.
Custom requests
Give enough accurate information for the studio to understand the idea, including size, materials, timing, and budget when relevant. You must have permission to share any inspiration link, image, or other material you submit. A request remains pending unless and until the studio accepts it.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Because the site does not take payment and many pieces may be custom, there is no one-size-fits-all cancellation or return rule presented here. The studio will confirm the applicable terms with you before accepting payment or starting custom work. Keep that confirmation for your records.
Accounts and acceptable use
If account features are enabled, keep your sign-in method secure and use only an account you are authorized to access. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests against, or attempt to bypass the security of the storefront, forms, account area, or Owner Studio.
Site availability and content
The site may be updated or temporarily unavailable, and catalog information may be corrected when an error is found. Site content and original product presentation are provided for personal browsing and ordering; they may not be copied or republished as someone else's work.
